By accessing and using the SiteDigital.ro platform, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Service description

SiteDigital.ro is a free classifieds platform that allows users to post sale listings without requiring an account. Listings are active for 7 days and can be extended up to 3 times.

3. User obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful information in listings
• Not post illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Not use the platform for spam or automated activities
• Respect third-party intellectual property rights
• Not list products or services prohibited by Romanian law

4. Prohibited content

Listings containing the following are prohibited: weapons, illegal substances, counterfeit products, adult content, illegal financial services, or any other content that violates applicable law.

5. Limitation of liability

SiteDigital.ro is only an intermediary and is not a party to transactions between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed products. Users are responsible for verifying the counterparty before any transaction.

6. Moderation and removal

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without prior notice. Expired listings are automatically deleted from the system.

7. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
